During my Xmas stay, I found the location of the hotel to be fantastic. It was situated in a calm and peaceful area, which made it easy to relax and unwind while enjoying the beauty of nature. The hotel offered free WiFi which was useful for checking emails. The spa treatments provided were excellent and relaxing.

The quality was sub-standard, and the choices were quite limited. Another issue was the loud noise from the wedding party that went on all night, making it hard to sleep.

Spacious, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. Friendly and engaging reception staff. Excellent breakfast with friendly waiter. Nice view over the town. Good location.

Great location in the heart of the city, giving easy access to key attractions and restaurants. the friendly staff was very accommodating and always willing to help. the free breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices and good quality food. Free Wi-Fi was also a welcome perk, allowing easy connection to the internet.

Despite the central location, the noise from the street could be heard in the room at night, leading to some sleepless nights. the room itself lacked some basic amenities such as a kettle and cups.

Mind-blowing service, stunningly clean rooms, incredible shower/bathroom, exceptionally designed restaurant, delicious breakfast.

Reception staff was pleasant to talk to, and the location of the hotel was convenient. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options. the bathroom facilities were noteworthy, with modern designs and ample space.

The hotel did not have enough ventilation in some of their rooms, making it slightly stuffy at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the whole building had a beautiful design. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Christina on reception. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the male waiter was welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were amazing. The hotel also had a great location, and parking was easily accessible.
